We have remanufactured more of these outboards than any others. We continue to offer them to you because they are such a strong performer. Parts and serviceability is excellent partly because they were the most widely produced outboards from xxxx-xxxx.
They are a simple but strong design that has had very few problems. The few failures with this motor are due to fuel contamination or oil injection failure. As with all Evinrude outboards we build we have removed the oil injection. Fuel contamination can be easily prevented by installing a Racor fuel filter and checking it regularly.
We happen to have a 110 HP Evinrude in stock ready to go today! Cash and carry or we will install it for you. This Evinrude has a 20" shaft with a new cover gasket, new decals, stainless steel tilt tube, and our seven step paint system. The one year warranty included is good within a 100 mile radius of Waterford, CT with a parts and tech support warranty outside of our range. This motor won't stay for long!
