The Property Manager is responsible for the following: Supervises accounts payable/receivables; Supervises all marketing, leasing and administrative functions; Hires, trains and evaluates office/maintenance staff; Supervises specific site program administration; Tenant/landlord relations; Supervises day-to-day maintenance operations; Financial analysis and reporting; Special projects as assigned. Responsibilities include managing the overall day-to-day operations of the site, including the supervision of office and maintenance functions in compliance with all company policies and procedures and all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity, Fair Housing and Human Rights statutes. Requirements/Skills: • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision • Extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and efficient • Committed, reliable, and punctual • Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a dynamic environment • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Candidates must be able to manage multiple tasks with little direction.
